Features
The Eight Growth Plates are an anatomical structured, made of titanium alloyed.
There are four different lengths for this plate in the set which are 12 mm, 16 mm, H growth 15 mm and H growth compression.
Safe deformity correction is provided with the cannulated, full threaded, spongious screws which have abilities to resist the existing forces. The diameter of the screws is Ø 4 mm, the lengths are from 14 mm to 30 mm in 2 mm increments and from 35 mm to 40 mm in 5 mm increments. These screws are also made of titanium alloy.
The Eight Growth Plate set simplifies the fixation on the physis by the ability to use the K-wire on the center and the both end of the plate. It provides simple, short and elementary application opportunity by ambulatory care method.
For postoperative recovery the patient can move easily, has a normal recovering process and doesn’t have to restrict daily activities. The existing non-locking screw plate structure provides flexibility without restraining the bone evolution. (up to 24° per screw)
